Gostei, porém algumas ressalvas. 1. Ao chegar para pegar a balsa, me senti um pouco perdido por nao existir uma placa. 2. Ao chegar à Colônia do Sacramento, também não tinha nenhuma identificação e/ou pessoa para direcionar. 3. Ao iniciar o passeio, as pessoas estavam perdidas, sem direcionamento, quando percebemos que a guia já tinha iniciado a saída do local. 4. Águia possui muito conhecimento, mas a interação com o grupo foi limita, 90% do grupo era brasileiro. Seria bom falar português. Translate this opinion into English.

O passeio é muito bonito e você conhecer outro país em uma hora de viagem é realmente incrível. O que precisam melhorar é a comunicação, na chegada ao Uruguai não possui nenhuma informação, no meu passeio pelo menos não tivemos um Tour, o motorista nos levou ao ponto turístico e falou que voltaria em uma hora, não possuímos nenhum tipo de explicação ou algo do tipo. Las empresas navieras con quien se contrata el viaje a Colonia tienen servicio gratuito de bus turístico en Colonia , con paradas en los lugares de interés de la ciudad. The cruise lines that book the Cologne trip offer a free hop-on hop-off bus service in Cologne, with stops at the city's points of interest. La actividad es básicamente un traslado ida y vuelta a la Colonia de Sacramento. El Day-Tour dura apenas una hora y algo pues termina más o menos a las 11:00, luego de ahí sobra un montón de tiempo en un lugar donde no hay mucho que hacer. Otro aspecto es que sólo tienes la opción de tomar el ferry de las 18:00 horas para el regreso (no puedes hacerlo en el anterior de las 16:30)

The activity is basically a round-trip transfer to Colonia del Sacramento. The day tour lasts just over an hour, finishing around 11:00 AM, leaving plenty of free time in a place with not much to do. Another point is that you only have the option of taking the 6:00 PM ferry back (you can't take the earlier 4:30 PM ferry).

Colônia é extremamente agradável, silencio gostoso e o contraste de rua e mar são excepcionais. O passeio no barco é fantástico, muito limpo, organizado, uma estrutura maravilhosa e não deixa a desejar em termos de organização da empresa. Sobre a Civitatis, achei que ela deixa o cliente muito solto, sem informações. Chegamos Em colônia e ficamos perdidas porque não sabia para onde ir e tive de sair perguntando a um e outro sobre o serviço de guia.

Colonia is extremely pleasant, the silence is delightful, and the contrast between the street and the sea is exceptional.
