Vedendo che la card via mail non perveniva, dopo aver ovviamente scritto sia in inglese che in tedesco all’indirizzo indicato per ricevere la card digitale, ci siamo recati all’info point per turisti e solo lì l’addetta, in ogni caso gentilissima, ci ha stampato le carte. Altrimenti non avrebbe fatto altro perché quando ho riferito di aver già scritto la mail per avere le cards, mi ha guardato come se non sapesse cosa dovesse fare.
