La excursión a Pompeya ha sido una peripecia, vaya por delante que llevamos muchos años siendo usuarios de Civitatis y nunca habíamos tenido ningún problema, por eso decidimos hacer está excursión que no es precisamente barata. Contratamos la excursión con tres días de antelación tal y como se indicaba en la app, pero no sacaron los billetes, con lo que no había hueco y tuvieron que cambiar el horario 3 veces, y cuando llegamos a Pompeya nuestras entradas no incluyan audioguía, cosa que pagamos.

The trip to Pompeii was quite an ordeal. Let me preface this by saying that we've been Civitatis customers for many years and have never had any problems, which is why we decided to take this particular excursion, even though it wasn't exactly cheap. We booked the tour three days in advance, as indicated on the app, but they hadn't issued the tickets, so there were no openings and they had to change the schedule three times. And when we arrived in Pompeii, our tickets didn't include an audio guide, which we had to pay for.

El tren desde Florencia llegó 10 minutos tarde y nuestro grupo salió pero en NAPOLES la agencia nos ayudó un montón nos unió al siguiente grupo nos buscó un guía particular en castellano nos acompañó hasta la puerta de Pompeya y a la vuelta estuvieron muy pendientes. Quizás lo peor fueron los tiempos de espera al haber perdido el grupo inicial pero lo solucionaron todos. Un poco paliza el traslado desde Florencia pero se puede hacer y merece la pena. The train from Florence arrived 10 minutes late, and our group left. In Naples, the agency was incredibly helpful. He reservado otras veces con Civitatis y siempre fue bien. En esta ocasión todo un desastre. Lee bien la descripción,, porque realmente la gestión es pésima, llegas a Nápoles y no tienes tiempo ni de ir al baño ni de comprar algo para comer.No vayas en verano! Muy mala gestión del proveedor insitu.

I've booked with Civitatis before, and it always went well. This time, it was a complete disaster. Read the description carefully, because the management is truly terrible. Communication was severely lacking. Per our instructions there waa supposed to be a tour representative to meet us at platform 24. No one was there. Took 25 mins and three phone calls which made us miss our train connection making us late to the tour. Then when we finally arrived in Nappoli we had no idea where to go or what gate to enter in and everyone was mad at us. The representative told us to enter theough the exit line, and so security stopped us. Not good!!! Very unhappy.

Fue la peor actividad calidad-precio. Mala logística, organización e indicaciones para el cliente! caroy lo que se ofrece es muy pobre y con muy mal servicio! Si me pudieran dar la devolución de mi dinero, apenas compensaría el mal rato que viví con mi familia.

Hemos podido comprobar que nuestro equipo local hizo todo lo posible para llevar a cabo el servicio tal y como aparece descrito en nuestra web, proporcionándoos todas las indicaciones y detalles necesarios con amplia antelación para realizar el trayecto Florencia-Nápoles-Pompeya en ambos sentidos, y estando disponible todo el rato para resolver los varios problemas que han ido ocurriendo en ese proceso. Sentimos que, al haber subido al tren equivocado, vuestra experiencia en las excavaciones haya tenido que ser más corta de lo normal para respetar los horarios y la duración que indicamos en nuestra web.
