El traslado muy bueno y la información del guia Miguele también, pero la verdad es que no recorrimos todo lo que describe la visita. Me quede con ganas de conocer los Lupanares y el museo, fue todo muy rapido. En cuanto al museo entramos y salimos y luego el guia nos hizo salir por el molinete cuando quedaba media hora antes de retornar y no nos dio posibilidad de aprovechar ese tiempo para elegir si queriamos recorrer un poco mas…. Me quede con ganas de ver tb mas del museo y el shop.

The transfer was very good, and the information from our guide, Miguele, was excellent, but the truth is we didn't see everything described in the tour. I was left wanting to see the brothels and the museum; everything felt rushed. As for the museum, we went in and out, and then the guide made us leave through the turnstile with only half an hour left before we were due to return, not giving us the chance to use that time to explore a bit more. El guía de Pompeya excelente , Michelle , La gestión de recogida en puerto y logística de traslados terrible , la guía poco amable y poco felixible Nos indicaron a finalización de la actividad en Pompeya que debíamos esperar 40 minutos , para qyw nos recogiera autobuses de vuelta a Napoles , ño que no tenía sentido alguno Tuvimos que coger Transporte privado de vuelta a Nápoles para comer y disfrutar mínimamente ,

The Pompeii guide, Michelle, was excellent. However, the port pickup and transfer logistics were terrible. The guide was unfriendly and inflexible. At the end of the Pompeii activity, we were told we had to wait 40 minutes for buses to pick us up to take us back to Naples, which made absolutely no sense. We had to take private transport back to Naples just to have lunch and enjoy ourselves minimally.

El transporte nos recogió en hotel y tanto la ida como la vuelta perfecto. Bastante buena la organización. La única pega que pongo es la guía que podía haber hecho la visita un pco más amena. Está bien que te explique todo, pero cuando lo hace de manera que parece que esté leyendo un texto hace la visita más aburrida y más en pleno agosto con todo el calor.

Era un sueño para nosotros. Comprendo perfectamente que somos unos más para la organización de la excursión. It was a dream come true for us. I completely understand that we're just one more group to the tour organizers. There was confusion about the pick-up point, an hour's wait, and then once in Pompeii, we had to wait 20 minutes in extreme temperatures because some members of our group hadn't shown up... A atividade foi ótima. O guia foi excelente, divertido e muito didático. O único ponto que não gostamos muito foi em relação as informações de transfer, pois no anúncio estava descrito que o transfer buscaria e deixaria no hotel, mas precisamos ir ao ponto de encontro que ficava cerca de 5/6 quarteirões de distância do nosso hotel, além disso a Van não tinha nenhuma identificação, mas fora isso, tudo excelente. Miguel, el guía de Pompeya, muy bien. Lo malo fue el tiempo muerto: desde que llegas hasta que empieza la visita te dan 30-45' (ya que tienen que unir grupos) y al final otro tanto. Sin avisar de que va a haber este tiempo muerto te sacan de la zona arqueológica, tiempo que se podría aprovechar para pasear por allí dentro. El tiempo de espera en el autobús a los excursionistas impuntuales también se hace largo.
