Alice nuestra guía conoce muy bien la ciudad y nos llevó a los sitios mas importantes a pesar de que llovió la mitad del día lo pasamos muy bien, importante entender la guía habla español pero no es nativa, y el tour no da para entrar a todo lo q es normal Oxford es para estar 3 días, creo que también es bueno que uno como turista trate de adaptarse un poco al país donde va y aprender un mínimo del idioma e historia para aprovechar mas, muy bien Alice!! Ottimo tour che ti fa scoprire storie ed aneddoti della città che in autonomia non avremmo potuto conoscere. Avrei solamente incluso l’ingresso alle università e librerie senza dovre prenotare prevedentemente. Ci si affida ad un’agenzia per avere un pacchetto tutto incluso e non dover pensare a niente.

La guia sabia mucho, pero el dominio del español faltaba, contratamos un guia en español, por eso hicimos el tour privado pagando una suma considerable. No puede ser que se ofrezca un tour en español sin que el guia domine el idioma que tiene que impartir

Tuvimos una descoordinación con el punto de recogida. Nosotros escribimos la dirección de nuestro hotel en Londres y nos fue confirmada la reserva pero el día de la visita nos llaman para decirnos que nos estaban esperando en Oxford. Luego del mal rato partimos a Oxford en tren y nos estaba esperando Antonia, que fue muy amable y nos hizo terminar bien algo que empezó mal. Recomiendo la visita de todas maneras

Buenas tardes! Lamentablemente la experiencia fue muy mala. Esperábamos un guia que nos diera información, que alimentara todas las preguntas que teníamos sobre Oxford y no fue así. El era muy cálido y amable ....pero no sabía absolutamente nada del lugar. Intento dentro un pub contar una historia que no existía. Compramos las entradas a Christi University y entramos solos ya que nos dijo que la audioguía era muy buena. No sabia que eramos que eramos 3 personas. Pido la devolucion del dinero. Gr

He was very warm and friendly...but he knew absolutely nothing about the place. I try inside a pub to tell a story that didn't exist. We bought tickets to Christi University and went in alone since he told us that the audio guide was very good. I didn't know who we were, that we were 3 people. I ask for the money back. gr

La actividad fue un horror, contratamos un tour a la universidad de Oxford y claramente en comentarios pusimos que queríamos todo enfocado a eso y a la Biblioteca. Nos enviaron a una nativa que no podía decir 2 palabras en español. No se le entendía nada.Tuvimos que decirle que la haga en inglés y entender lo q podíamos . No tenía experiencia, no era guia. Nos contaba todo sobre la ciudad y no decía nada de la universidad. Cuando llegamos a la biblioteca, ya no habían entradas, una estafa.

Guide en retard. Vusite de 2h quand on a payé pour 3h30. Lieux d harry potter pourtant prévu dans la visite non accessible car il faut payer 1 supplément. Très déçus et sentiment d arnaque. Mail envoyé au service client pas de réponse pour l instant

Guide was late. 2-hour visit when we paid for 3.5 hours. Harry Potter locations that were supposed to be included in the tour were not accessible because an extra fee is required. Very disappointed and feeling scammed. Email sent to customer service, no response so far.
