La actividad con el bus turístico fue bien, pero cuando quisimos sacar los tikets del barco que teníamos pagados, el conductor del bus nos dijo que él no lo hacía. Tuvimos que buscar corriendo otro bus, porque perdíamos el último crucero por el sena. Por suerte, otro conductor nos dio los tickets.

El trato recibido por parte del conductor fue muy malo, tuvimos problemas en cuanto a la validación de tickets, y en vez de darnos una solución nos quería mandar a la parada dónde se encuentra esta empresa, estando lejos de ella, y encima para perder tiempo nosotros, finalmente nos solucionó el problema un compañero que se encontraba en la parada dónde nos bajamos. Este problema lo tuvimos desde el minuto uno pues el trabajador de la primera parada solo nos valido 1 ticket, en vez de 3.

Destacamos que los trabajadores fueron majos y pasaban muchos buses, pero hubieron cositas que no nos gustaron como la narración: se cortaba y no llegabas a escuchar toda la explicación. Es una buena opción para recorrer la ciudad, propiamente el área Histórica. No obstante asi sea en primavera, los asistentes de BigBus en las paradas de los buses no te indican que los buses terminan recorido hasta las 6:00 pm, y puede ser bastante confuso y frustrante esperar despues de 6 y nunca va a llegar a ninguna parada, así en su pagina o en otras informaciones indiquen que en Abril se extiendan los horarios.
