La guía excelente!!! El chofer es solo conductor podría dar algunas informaciones básicas como tiempo del trayecto. Provincia donde está Assis, como funciona la degustación etc. La parte de los vinos estuvo bien pero debían cambiar las copas cuando se pasa de blanco a rojo….. era un aperitivo grande pero debería ser más reducido y completarlo con una pasta… Translate this opinion into English.

We were considering going to Assisi from Rome by ourselves but I am so glad we chose this day tour instead. Marco, our driver and guide to Assisi is phenomenal. He ensured the ride was fun as well as informative. The guide we met in Assisi was also very knowledgeable. We visited many sites and she explained so much. If we went alone we would have missed out on all this information. The wine tasting was perfectly paired with typical foods of the region and was a unique and lovely experience.

La actividad fue buena, la coordinacion general no lo fue, al llegar a Asis, el chofer que no se comunicaba en espanol y el ingles no era muy bueno, nos dejo en el area del parqueo y nos dijo: tienen tiempo libre hasta las 12 del dia, que los recojo aqui para el almuerzo, despues el guia viene con ustedes de 2 a 5pm. Al final nunca nos llevaron a la porziuncula que era parte del tour, yo le pedi al chofer y el nos paro delante de la iglesia y nos dio 10 minutos antes de regresar para eso. My mom and I are visiting Italy for a couple of weeks and this trip was one of the real highlights for me! The town of Assisi was so beautiful and picturesque; it looks like it is straight out of a postcard. Our driver, Giuseppe, made us feel so comfortable and welcome. He did an amazing job. The guide, Bogonia, was so knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. The wine tasting and food we tried was also incredible. It was such a welcome break from how fast paced Rome was.

Lo negativo de la excursión ha sido el traslado en el autobús por no tener la calefacción adecuada y pasamos mucho frío en la ida y vuelta. El almuerzo que estaba incluido ha sido de pena porque la cantidad de comida es insuficiente para dar de comer a una persona.El motivo al que me ha llevado a esta opinión el ejemplo más latente ha sido que nos pusiesen la mitad de una rodaja de lomo de cerdo por persona y al regreso nos dejaron muy lejos del hotel.Esa es nuestra queja.

Other than not being able to find a time for our departure point but that was resolved by helpful people via a phone call the only other issue we had with the tour was that our departure time was given as 7am but we didn’t leave until after 7.30 and it was obvious from the times others arrived that they had been told differently. In other circumstances this may not have been the same issue but it meant we had to be up at5am and therefore making it an exceedingly long day.

Orvieto: Cristina (la guía) muy amable, sus explicaciones y manejo del grupo fueron muy buenos. Caso distinto la guía de Asís, quien siempre separaba al grupo (inglés y español) y explicaba primero en inglés siendo esta explicación más completa (injusto para quienes no entienden). Debido a que se celebró una misa, los que hablamos español no pudimos recibir la explicación dentro de la Iglesia. Debería conocer si va a haber alguna actividad religiosa para adaptar el tour e información a todos.

Bien organizada pero la visita a Asís que era la principal un poco pobre. La guía en Asís transmitía poca ilusión por el lugar. Mucha broma pero pobre informacion. Muy poco tiempo en Asís para hacer alguna compra seria. Lo mejor casi fue la parada en Orvieto y la subida a la ciudad con tiempo suficiente para ver la Catedral y hacer alguna compra. La guía acompañante bastante bien. La comida normalita.

El bus bueno. Los choferes prudentes. La guia muy buena. Mantuvo la informacion en ambos idiomas en forma coordinada y tenía amplios conocimientos. La guia local.muy buena. Ambas muy atentas. El.problema fue el almuerzo. MALISIMO!. Sólo 1 hora en Orvietto para llevarnos a comer al.medio del campo. Comida mala y escasa. Además pedí agua mineral y trajeron una botella grande YA ABIERTA (podia ser agua de la canilla) y por un vaso me cobraron 2 euros. Ese detalle hace que no recomiende la excursión

Fueron muy puntuales y tanto el conductor como la guía que nos acompañó desde Roma, Elionora, muy amables. La guía de Asís, Meritxell Casanovas, excepcional, nos encantó. Vimos varios sitios relacionados con la vida de San Francisco y nos lo explicó todo muy bien. Recomendamos absolutamente esta excursión.

Como observación creo que la visita a Orvieto debería ser o guiada o contar con más tiempo para poder apreciarla. En cuanto a la visita a Asís, la guía Graciela , fue magnífica y una gran profesional, quizá algo de más tiempo libre .gracias
