Fue una experiencia inolvidable. Andrés el piloto nos iba explicando todo y con su simpatía en dos minutos fuera nervios. La verdad que es una actividad totalmente recomendable y que hay que hacer al menos una vez en la vida y si es con "Siempre en las nubes" mejor. This was an experience of a lifetime. From the takeoff to the landing it was perfect. Our pilot and crew were so knowledgeable and welcoming and shared information along the flight. The city of Segovia is absolutely stunning from above as it is from below. The story of how the first hot air balloon started followed by the special treat after was just icing on the cake. Thank you so much for making our bucket list dream a magical experience we will never forget. 10/10 for sure!!!!

Actividad muy recomendable. La empresa que lo organiza es muy profesoinal. La experiencia con Civitatis muy negativa. El viernes teníamos algunas dudas sobre la actividad y fue imposible ponernos en contacto con Civitatis. El teléfono de atención al cliente no lo cogen. Hay un disco que al final corta la llamada, no te deja en espera. Llamé en numerosas ocasiones y en ninguna pude hablar con una persona. No volveré a contratar con ellos. Generan mucha inseguridad.

La actividad fue maravillosa, pero me sentí estafada por su duración: se vende una hora de vuelo y solo fueron 45 minutos (30 volando y 15 a pocos metros del suelo buscando dónde aterrizar).
