La presentación del guía no era adecuada, traía una playera que parecía sucia. Y en una de las salas nos explico una pintura. Y había mas pinturas y le pregunte quien era el autor, y dijo no sé. Solo conozco la que ya explique. Considero que debe tener más conocimiento, de la capilla donde nos lleva. Ademas cuando bajamos de la Giralda yo y 2 personas mas, pasados 5 min. No lo encontrabamos, nos dejo. Y nunca nos busco. La verdad 25 min en la Giralda es muy poco tiempo para subir bajar y fotos.

Nos quedamos sin entradas para la catedral y Giralda cuando hacia mas de 1 mes que habiamos reservado y pagado, no consigo a entender como nos dijeron durante la visita al Alcazar que no les habian vendido para el mismo dia, pero si hacia mas de 1 mes que habiamos reservado. Eso sí, el guia Carlos una eminencia, menos mal de el, sino hubiera sido un total desastre.

We missed out on tickets for the cathedral and Giralda even though we had booked and paid for them over a month ago. I can't understand how they told us during our visit to the Alcázar that they hadn't been able to sell any tickets for that day, when we had booked more than a month in advance. However, our guide Carlos was fantastic; thank goodness for him, otherwise it would have been a complete disaster.

La Guía muy buena y explicaba muy bien. Pero la verdad que un poco triste que los aparatos si no estas a su lado se oye con ruido o no se oye. Estos aparatos es para no tener que estar todos pegados a la guía y que funcione tan mal hace perder el valor al Tour si que Carmen cuando se lo hemos dicho esperaba a explicar las cosas a que estuviéramos juntos.

La guia Virginia buena y simpatica El problema fue la compañia, muy mal organizada, el recorrido empezo tarde y con mucha desorganizacion, pues tuvimos que pasar por otras personas a otra oficina y resulta que ellas haian contratado en frances, nadie resolvía y el recorrido enpezo mas tarde Buena guia Virginia Mala organizacion.

Lo único negativo de la visita es que tuvieron que retrasar el horario por que cerraron la Catedral para una misa que no estaba prevista, pero ellos no tienen culpa de estos cambios y había mucha gente dentro al hacer el recorrido y en los alrededores por los retrasos que ocasionan cambios de este tipo en fin de semana con puente y no pudimos disfrutar la visita como hubiéramos querido. Hicimos la visita con Carlos y si bien se ve que es un hombre muy culto y que tiene muchos conocimientos hubo varias cosas que no nos gustaron.
