Os lugares incríveis mas o barco desconfortável além de nos esquecerem. Esqueceram da nossa reserva e não tinha mais lugar para nós. Era nosso último dia para o passeio. Deram um jeito de nos encaixar em outro barco mas ….. Estávamos em Split e acabamos indo até Togir a toa pq o barco que nos encaixaram saiu de Split e quando compramos disseram que não tinha saída mais de lá. Péssima organização é péssimo atendimento. Escolhemos por ser uma empresa mundial renomada. Decepcionante

Las islas que visitamos nos encantaron. El problema vino cuando vimos el barco en el que teníamos que montarnos. Era una zodiac la cual tenía dos de los asientos en la parte trasera al lado del motor, donde no había ningún tipo de protección ni delante ni a los lados, tampoco había nada para poder sujetarse; tampoco llevábamos chaleco salvavidas. Esto hizo que hubiera momentos peligrosos durante los trayectos.

We loved the islands we visited. The problem came when we saw the boat we had to get on. It was a zodiac which had two of the seats in the back next to the engine, where there was no type of protection either in front or on the sides, nor was there anything to hold on to; We were also not wearing a life jacket. This meant that there were dangerous moments during the journeys.

Tuvimos que esperar antes del inicio pues la hora indicada en el voucher no es correcta, pero la agencia supo reaccionar rápido. La actividad es entretenida y responde a lo ofertado, si bien la Blue Lagoon no es un buen lugar para snorkel o baño en la playa. La guía y el conductor son correctos y amables.

Nos hicieron pagar la entrada a la blue cove a parte. Cuando ya habíamos reservado y pagado la excursión con antelación. Fue en una lancha, q se podía avisar, porq para personas con problemas de espalda o cervicales fue lo peor. Por lo demás fue un tour y lugares maravillosos.

La pubicidad decia que habia guia en español. La guia hablaba solo ingles. La publicidsd decia que era en barco. La excursion fue en una moto de sgua para 10 personas sin asirntos. No hsbia salvavidas..!!! Una lastima porque los lugares visitados son hermosos.

La excursión no se hizo, después de levantarnos a las 6.00, y estar allí hasta las 8.30, nos dijeron que no se podía hacer, que o íbamos otro día (cosa que no podíamos) o que nos llevaban a otras 2 islas más cercas (y que ya habíamos visto en otra excursión), por lo que nos cuadro ninguna opción y nos dieron la opción de anular y anulamos alli mismo sobre la marcha, nosotros y todas las personas que habían reservado ese día.

Excursión completa con patrón/guía. La información de la web no se ajusta a la realidad. Horarios son distintos, no hay agua en el barco, precio del ticket de la Blue Cave es mucho mas caro, no ves la green cave. Falta actualización. Como positivo, no hay tiempo para el aburrimiento y como puntos de mejora, el barco podría tener toldo, (no hay sombra)estás muchísimas horas navegando, y las explicaciones del guía mas ricas aprovechando que pasas por muchas islas. No repetiría con civitatis/mayer
